What if i arrive Singapore at 3 am in the morning?
We would suggest you to book 1 day in advance so that you have access to the pod when you reach Singapore at 3 am in the morning without having to wait till the Check – In time at 3 pm.
When can I check in? Can i check in early for free?
You can check in starting 3pm. Early check in is base on availability, if there is pod available before the standard check in time, we are glad to check you in early!
What if I arrive after 10pm to check in?
Kindly let us know upon booking if you will be arriving after 8.30pm. We will send you the instructions for self check in!
Can I store my luggage before or after check out?
You can store your luggage with us from 11.30 am onwards and after check-out till 6 pm latest.
Where can we keep our bags and luggages?
Lockers will be provided for your bags and luggage upon check in and our lockers can only be opened with your assigned card. Guests who booked our Double Space Pods will be assigned 2 lockers. If you are bringing big luggages, we recommend you to bring a padlock!
Can I still keep my belongings in the hostel after checking out?
Certainly! We have a luggage holding area available at all our branches near the reception. But, do not forget to pick them up by 6pm.

What is the dimensions of the locker?
Height – 32.5 inches.
Width – 16.7 inches.
Length – 14.7 inches.
(It can fit a regular cabin sized bag)
Are the bathrooms gender separated?
Our Chinatown branch's bathrooms are gender separated. Our Boat Quay and Arab Street bathrooms are mixed gendered.
Are there any lifts in the property?
Except for our Chinatown branch, there are no lifts in our Arab Street and Boat Quay branch.
How long does it take to reach the hostels from the airport, vice versa?
By Foot: We do not recommend.
By Train: 45 minutes
By Car: 30 minutes
Pods inquiry
Can I share a pod with my friend/child/spouse?
Only if you have booked our Double Space Pods! Only one adult is allowed in our Single Pods. No children below the age of 16 are allowed in our Hostel.
Can I upgrade my pod from Single Space Pod to Double Space Pod?
Yes, you can. However, this is subjected to availability. Kindly drop us an email or enquire at our front desk regarding the availability and top up amount.
