Check-in / Check out
We would suggest you to book 1 day in advance so that you have access to the pod when you reach Singapore at 3 am in the morning without having to wait till the Check – In time at 3 pm.
You can check in starting 3pm. Early check in is base on availability, if there is pod available before the standard check in time, we are glad to check you in early!
Kindly let us know upon booking if you will be arriving after 8.30pm. We will send you the instructions for self check in!
You can store your luggage with us from 11.30 am onwards and after check-out till 6 pm latest.
Lockers will be provided for your bags and luggage upon check in and our lockers can only be opened with your assigned card. Guests who booked our Double Space Pods will be assigned 2 lockers. If you are bringing big luggages, we recommend you to bring a padlock!
Certainly! We have a luggage holding area available at all our branches near the reception. But, do not forget to pick them up by 6pm.

Our Chinatown branch’s bathrooms are gender separated.
Our Boat Quay and Arab Street bathrooms are mixed gendered.
Except for our Chinatown branch, there are no lifts in our Arab Street and Boat Quay branch.
By Foot: We do not recommend.
By Train: 45 minutes
By Car: 30 minutes

Only one adult is allowed in our Single Pods.
No children below the age of 16 are allowed in our Hostel.
Yes, you can. However, this is subjected to availability. Kindly drop us an email or enquire at our front desk regarding the availability and top up amount.
